The content and information on the Site, as well as the software and infrastructure used to provide such content and information, is proprietary to Voyazed or its suppliers and providers, including the Accommodations and Ancillary Services. You may only use the Site to make bona fide and legitimate enquiries or bookings and you hereby undertake not to make any speculative, false or fraudulent bookings or any reservations in anticipation of demand. You undertake that the payment details you provide us with in making a booking are fully correct. You also undertake to provide correct and accurate e-mail, postal and/or other contact details to Voyazed and acknowledge that Voyazed may use these details to contact you in the event that this should prove necessary.

As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant that:

1.You are at least 18 years of age;
2.You possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation;
3. You will use this Website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
4. You will only use this Website to make legitimate reservations for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act (a “Third Party”);
5. You will inform such Third Party about the Terms and Conditions that apply to the reservations you have made on their behalf, including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto;
6. All information supplied by you on this Website is true, accurate, current and complete; and
7. If you have a Voyazed account, you will safeguard your account information and will supervise and be completely responsible for any use of your account by you and anyone other than you.

In addition, you agree not to:

1. Access, monitor or copy any content or information of the Site using any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means or any manual process for any purpose without our express prior written permission;
2. Deliver any unlawful (according to any and all applicable laws or regulations) postings to or through the Site, or any postings which advocate illegal activity;
3. Deliver or provide links to any postings containing material that could be considered harmful, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, violent, abusive, profane, racist, discriminating, insulting, threatening, tortuous, harassing, hateful or otherwise objectionable;

By using the Account Access service on the Voyazed website, the User authorizes Voyazed and its agents to access third party sites including that of payment gateways designated by them or on their behalf for retrieving requested information.

While registering, the user will choose a password and is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and the account.

The User is fully responsible for all activities that occur while using their password or account. It is the duty of the User to notify Voyazed immediately in writing of any unauthorized use of their password or account or any other breach of security. Voyazed will not be liable for any loss that may be incurred by the User as a result of unauthorized use of his/her password or account either with or without his/her knowledge. The User shall not use anyone else’s password at any time.

When you use the Website, you agree and understand that you are communicating with Voyazed through electronic records and you consent to receive communications via electronic records from Voyazed periodically and as and when required. Voyazed may communicate with you by email or by such other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise. Further, Voyazed will make best efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information available with it, but transmissions made by means of the internet cannot be guaranteed or made absolutely secure. By using this Website, You agree that Voyazed shall not be liable for disclosure of your information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties. Without prejudice to the foregoing you agree that Voyazed shall not be held liable or responsible for 'phishing attacks' on you. User agrees that User shall not use/access this Website from unsecure computers, unsecure communication links, and unsecure mobile phones. You may accept or decline the cookies when you access Voyazed’s Website. It is the User’s responsibility to set his browser to alert him to accept or to reject cookies.

The User agrees, acknowledges and confirms that before placing any order, the User shall check the Service description and price carefully and by placing an order for a Service You agree to be bound by the Terms and conditions of sale included in the Services’ description. You shall only place the order after fully satisfying yourself with the price, description, and look as has been displayed on the Voyazed Website.

We strive to have the most competitive prices and we want you to pay the lowest price possible with no hidden charges. The price shown is the total price payable for the room/service as advertised, including VAT and all other taxes (subject to change of such taxed). The hotel/Company may offer optional facilities and activities at an additional charge.

The User shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of the services. In case, there is a short charging by Voyazed for listings, services or transaction fees or any other fees or services because of any technical or other reason, it reserves the right to deduct/charge/claim the balance subsequent to the transaction at its own discretion. Any increase in the price charged by Company on account of change in rate of taxes or imposition of new taxes by Government shall have to be borne by customer. For a variety of reasons, payment on the Site may fail. In such cases, Voyazed will offer you alternatives to ensure your reservation can go ahead. The total price will be billed in the currency indicated on the booking screen. Some banks and credit card companies impose fees for international transactions. If you are making a booking from outside of Zambia, your bank may convert the payment amount to your local currency and charge you a conversion fee. This means the amount listed on your credit or bank card statement may be in your local currency and therefore a different figure than the figure shown on the billing summary page for a reservation booked on the Website. In addition, a foreign transaction fee may be assessed. Booking international travel may be considered to be an international transaction by the bank or card company, since Voyazed may pass on your payment to an international travel supplier. The currency exchange rate and foreign transaction fee is determined solely by your bank on the day that they process the transaction. If you have any questions about these fees or the exchange rate applied to your booking, please contact your bank.

Voyazed uses third party payment providers to receive payments from Users. Voyazed is not responsible for delays or erroneous transaction execution or cancellation of reservation due to payment issues. Voyazed takes utmost care to work with third party payment providers, but does not control their systems, processes, technology and work flows, hence cannot be held responsible for any fault at the end of payment providers.

The Services are provided by Voyazed on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including the implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Without limiting the foregoing, Voyazed makes no warranty that (i) the Website or the Services will meet your requirements or your use of the Website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; (ii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Website, or Services will be effective, accurate or reliable; (iii) the quality of the Website, or Services will meet your expectations; or that (iv) any errors or defects in the Website or Services will be corrected. Voyazed has no special knowledge regarding foreign entry requirements or travel documents. We urge Users to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements, and advisories issued by the relevant governments prior to booking travel to international destinations.

Passport and Visa: You must consult the relevant Embassy or Consulate for this information. Requirements may change and you should check for up-to-date information before booking and departure. We accept no liability if you are refused entry onto a flight or into any country due to your failure to carry the correct and adequate passport, visa, or other travel documents required by any airline, authority, or country, including countries you may just be transiting through. This includes all stops made by the aircraft, even if you do not leave the aircraft or airport.

Health: Recommended inoculations for travel may change and you should consult your doctor for current recommendations before you depart. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all health entry requirements, obtain the recommended inoculations, take all recommended medication, and follow all medical advice in relation to your trip.

The User shall be solely and exclusively liable for any breach of any country specific rules and regulations or general code of conduct and Voyazed cannot be held responsible for the same.

Voyazed Guests are requested to kindly take due care of all their personal valuables and belongings. Voyazed management and its employees shall NOT be responsible for Many loss, theft or damage to the Guests' personal valuables and belongings.

The user agrees that there can be exceptional circumstances where the service operators like the airlines, hotels, the respective transportation providers may be unable to honor the confirmed bookings due to various reasons like climatic conditions, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, government decisions, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations etc. If Voyazed is informed in advance of such situations where dishonor of bookings may happen, it will make its best efforts to provide similar alternative to its customers or refund the booking amount after reasonable service charges, if supported and refunded by that respective service operators. The user agrees that Voyazed being an agent for facilitating the booking services shall not be responsible for any such circumstances and the customers have to contact that service provider directly for any further resolutions and refunds.

The User agrees that in situations due to any technical or other failure in Voyazed, services committed earlier may not be provided or may involve substantial modification. In such cases, Voyazed shall refund the entire amount received from the customer for availing such services minus the applicable cancellation, refund or other charges, which shall completely discharge any and all liabilities of Voyazed against such non-provision of services or deficiencies. Additional liabilities, if any, shall be borne by the User.

Voyazed shall not be liable for delays or inabilities in performance or nonperformance in whole or in part of its obligations due to any causes that are not due to its acts or omissions and are beyond its reasonable control, such as acts of God, fire, strikes, embargo, acts of government, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, problems at airlines, hotels or transporters end. In such event, the user affected will be promptly given notice as the situation permits.

The Customer agrees that the booking made is subject to the cancellation policy set out on the booking page or as communicated to the customers in writing. By making a booking with an accommodation provider/Company, you accept the cancellation and no-show policy of that accommodation provider/Company, and any other terms and conditions specific to that accommodation provider/Company.

The cancellation and no-show policy of each hotel/Service is made clearly available on our website prior to booking. We recommend that you ensure you have read the cancellation policy fully before completing your booking.

The User agrees that any feedback, comments, ideas, suggestions, information, or any other content which User contributes to Voyazed or this Website (including the name you submit with any content) will be deemed to include a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive right and license for Voyazed to adopt, publish, reproduce, disseminate, transmit, distribute, copy, use, create derivative works from, display worldwide, or act on such content--without additional approval or consideration--in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content, and you waive any claim to the contrary. The User represents and warrants that User owns or otherwise controls all of the rights to the content that he/she may contribute to this Website and that use of his/her content by Voyazed shall not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party.

The User is aware that Voyazed provides various services like hotel bookings, car rentals, holidays and would like to learn about them, to enhance User’s travel experience. The User hereby specifically authorizes Voyazed to contact the User with offers on various services offered by it through direct mailers, e-mailers, telephone calls, short messaging services (SMS) or any other medium, from time to time. In case that the customer chooses not to be contacted, he /she shall write to Voyazed for specific exclusion or provide his/her preferences to the respective service provider.

The customers are advised to read and understand the privacy policy of Voyazed on its website in accordance of which Voyazed contacts, solicits the user or shares the user's information.

Voyazed at its sole discretion reserves the right to NOT accept any customer order without assigning any reason thereof. Any contract to provide any service by Voyazed is not complete until full money towards the service is received from the customer and accepted by Voyazed.

Without prejudice to the other remedies available to Voyazed under this agreement, the Terms and Conditions or under applicable law, Voyazed may limit the User's activity, or end the User's listing, warn other Users of the User's actions, immediately temporarily/indefinitely suspend or terminate the User's registration, and/or refuse to provide the User with access to the site if:

• The User is in breach of this agreement, the Terms and Conditions and/or the documents it incorporates by reference;
• Voyazed is unable to verify or authenticate any information provided by the user; or
• Voyazed believes that the user's actions may infringe on any third party rights or breach any applicable law or otherwise result in any liability for the user, other users of the website and/or Voyazed.

Voyazed may at any time in its sole discretion reinstate suspended users. Once the user have been indefinitely suspended the user shall not register or attempt to register with Voyazed or use the website in any manner whatsoever until such time that the user is reinstated by Voyazed.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the user breaches this agreement, the Terms and Conditions or the documents it incorporates by reference, Voyazed reserves the right to recover any amounts due and owing by the user to Voyazed and/or the service provider and to take strict legal action as Voyazed deems necessary.

Any failure, delay or forbearance on the part of Voyazed in: (i) exercising any right, power or privilege under this Agreement; or (ii) enforcing terms of this Agreement, shall not operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise by Voyazed of any right, power or privilege preclude any other future exercise or enforcement thereof.

The Parties hereto agree that each of the provisions contained in this Agreement shall be severable, and the unenforceability of one or more provisions of this Agreement shall not affect the enforceability of any other provision(s) or of the remainder of this Agreement.

Voyazed.com is NOT responsible for any errors or delays in responding to a Request caused by an incorrect email address provided by you or other technical problems beyond our control.

Voyazed does not in any way (directly or indirectly, independently or in conjunction with any party) own, manage, operate or control the Accommodations, or any room in such Accommodations. The Accommodations are liable and responsible for providing accommodation services and welcoming people who have booked through Voyazed as their guests.

Failure by us to enforce a right does not result in waiver of such right. You may not assign or transfer your rights. We may amend the Terms and Conditions at any time by posting a variation on the Site. The latest version of the Terms and Conditions will supersede all previous versions.
